STEP 1: DOWNLOAD ONUS ON APP STORE OR GOOGLE PLAY

STEP 2: SELECT “SIGN UP”

Start signing up with your phone number or your email. Please fill in the necessary information including your nation and your full name.

STEP 3: PHONE NUMBER/ EMAIL VERIFICATION

  • If you register your account with your phone number, please verify it by entering the correct OTP sent to you via SMS message
  • If you register your account with your email, please verify it by entering the correct OTP sent to you via email

STEP 4: ACCOUNT VERIFICATION

Click your Avatar on the top left corner

Select “Account Verification (KYC)” in Security section to start verifying your account

Select “KYC Now” to verify your account.

  • Please make sure that all your information (including name, date of birth, gender,…) matches with that in your Indentity Card/ Passport
  • You need to take photos your Identity Card/ Passport. First allow ONUS to access your camera, then take picture of front-side and back-side of your Identity Card/ Passport
  • Connect with banking account
  • Take selfies and videos
  • Verify OTP and then your KYC is complete

Please note that the verification time usually processes in 30 minutes or longer if it’s out of working time. Onus system will notify you when the KYC is complete.
